ConCinnity!

I had a great time last night talking at ConCinnity at the Milwaukee School of Engineering. Thanks, Kevin, for thinking of inviting me, and thanks, everyone at MAGE, for putting on a great show.

I talked about writing SF and fantasy, with an emphasis on writing for games, such as Magic: The Gathering. We had a great, wide-ranging discussion that ran from building/growing books to killing your darlings, to the place (or lack of it) for potty humor in serious fiction.

As I said, thanks, guys, for the invite, and thanks for such a great discussion!

    Rob,
    I am not selling for the blog folks associated with the link listed below. They do seem to know what they are doing when it comes to blogging. Not everything works for a writer but most can be adapted. How they make any money with the quality of what they give away is beyond be. Anyway, I thought I would toss it your way.
